The Store specializes in creating custom-made art pieces according to the specifications provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and detailed instructions for their custom orders.
2. Ordering Process:
Customers may place orders through the Store's website or by contacting the Store directly.
Orders are considered final once payment has been processed and the production process has commenced.
3. Payment:
Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of purchase.

4. Production and Delivery:
The production time for custom art pieces may vary depending on the complexity of the order and current workload.
The Store will provide an estimated delivery timeframe upon confirmation of the order.
Customers will be notified once their order has been shipped.
5. Shipping:
The Store ships orders to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs and delivery options will be displayed during the checkout process.
The Store is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party shipping carriers.
6. Returns and Refunds:
The Store does not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations for custom art products once the production process has commenced.
In the event of damage incurred during shipping, customers must notify the Store within 2 days of receiving the product and provide photographic evidence of the damage.
The Store will provide a replacement or issue a refund for damaged items in accordance with its Return Policy.
7. Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, associated with the custom art products created by the Store belong to the Store.
Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use any custom art products for commercial purposes without the express permission of the Store.
8. Limitation of Liability:
The Store shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Products.
9. Modification of Terms:
