Return Policy for Custom Art Orders

At The Mini Queen, I take pride in creating unique and customized art pieces tailored to my customers' preferences. Each artwork is meticulously crafted with attention to detail and personalized to fulfill my clients' visions. Due to the bespoke nature of my products, I regret to inform you that I do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once the production process has commenced, except in the case of damage incurred during shipping.

Policy Details:

1.     Custom Orders Only: My store specializes in custom-made art pieces created to the exact specifications and preferences of my customers. Each piece is individually crafted with care and attention to detail, making it unique and tailored to your preferences.

2.     No Returns or Refunds: As each artwork is custom-made and personalized, I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the production process has begun. I ask my customers to carefully review all details and specifications provided before finalizing their order.

3.     Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been placed and the production process has commenced, cancellations are not permitted. This policy is in place due to the custom nature of my products and the resources invested in creating each piece according to the customer's specifications.

4.     Exceptions for Shipping Damage: In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged during shipping, I will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged item. Customers must notify me of any shipping damage within 2 days of receiving the product and provide photographic evidence of the damage to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

5.     How to Initiate a Return for Shipping Damage: To initiate a return for shipping damage, please contact me directly at the.miniqueen@outlook.com within 2 days of receiving your order. I will guide you through the return process and assist you with obtaining a replacement or refund for the damaged item.
