1. Payment Process

  • Invoice Issuance: After you submit your commission request through our website form, we will review the details and provide you with a quote via email.

  • Invoice Details: If you accept the quote, we will issue a PayPal invoice to the email address you provided in the form. The invoice will include a breakdown of the services, costs, and any applicable taxes or fees.

2. Payment Methods

  • Accepted Methods: Payments are processed through PayPal, where you can pay using your PayPal balance or any major credit or debit card accepted by PayPal.

  • Payment Security: PayPal ensures that your payment information is kept secure. We do not store any payment information on our website.

3. Payment Terms

  • Due Date: Invoices are due upon receipt. You are required to pay the invoice within 7 days of the issue date.

  • Non-Payment: Failure to pay within the specified time frame may result in the cancellation of your commission slot. We reserve the right to offer the slot to another client if the invoice is not paid on time.

4. Late Payments

  • Penalties: If payment is not received within the 7-day period, a late fee of 5% of the total invoice amount may be applied.

  • Cancellation: Persistent non-payment may lead to the cancellation of the commission and forfeiture of any prior deposits or partial payments.

5. Additional Fees

  • Changes to Commission: Any changes to the commission details after work has begun may incur additional fees. These will be invoiced separately and must be paid in full before final delivery of the commissioned work.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for the delivery of the completed miniatures will be included in the invoice. Any additional shipping insurance or expedited shipping requests will incur extra charges.

6. Delivery of Commissioned Work

  • Approval Process: Upon completion of your commission, we will send high-resolution images for your approval. Any final adjustments must be requested at this stage.

  • Shipping: Once approved, the completed work will be shipped to the address provided. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct to avoid delays or additional costs.

7. PayPal Buyer Protection

  • Eligibility: Payments made through PayPal are eligible for PayPal's Buyer Protection. This means that if you do not receive your commissioned work or if it differs significantly from the agreed-upon description, you may be eligible for a refund.

  • Dispute Resolution: If you encounter any issues with your commission, please first contact us to resolve the matter. If we cannot come to a satisfactory resolution, you can file a dispute through PayPal’s Resolution Center.

Payment Confirmation:

Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your order and payment.

Currency:

All prices displayed on the Store's website are in Euro. Customers may be charged in their local currency based on prevailing exchange rates at the time of purchase.
